Adina Nack, Ph.D.

New readers have offered to share their STD stories with Dr. Nack. She plans to interview men and women who have been diagnosed with HPV and/or genital herpes infections or have faced long-term consequences, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, from contracting a curable STD. This new data will inform the follow-up book to Damaged Goods.

Upcoming Project: Dr. Nack is preparing to undertake a new research project where she will interview women who have given birth to healthy babies but experienced labor and delivery as negative experiences, either due to unplanned/emergency c-sections or difficult vaginal deliveries. Their stories will be the basis for a book which will shed light on aspects of childbirth that have not been addressed by mainstream authors.
